Yes, I did see that in the manual, thanks. But since my FPU is testing ok, I think it is set up right.
With the new benchmarks run against TOS 1.04, my results are pretty much as good as Frank's so I am pretty sure I am running at 50Mhz.

In my experience, Centbench is better in determining the CPU and FPU speeds than SYSINFO: http://centek.free.fr/atari/softs/s_centbe.htm

I appreciate the help for sure. It is always a bit of a gamble buying these parts on ebay. I make sure to check feedback, talk to the seller, try not to buy from Chinese sellers, and don't go for the bargain listings. Not always of course, but you get what you pay for in most cases.

Very cool. Looking forward to getting my PAK(s) back on track. I had to move most of my stuff.. now I cant find my ET4000 for the Panther... grrrr it will surface!
