Salvaged a couple of parts from my previous C1 build just for quick testing. Still got a few bits and pieces yet to do but first power up as a success at least! Probably won't get time now until next week to do anything else.

The X2 MIDI audio fix previously was to wire pin 1,2,4, on JP3 prevent audio noise issues when not using the midi synth board.

The fix is advised for the C3 board involves fitting 100K resistors as outlined in THIS post.

Oddly now it sounds like there is some AGC stuff going on now with my TV :shrug: Plugged a ST2VGA adapter in to use the audio out on my headphones and volume seems fine. Feking cheap TV's :roll:

I guess it's possible the audio output volume is to high causing the problem as it "limits" on more bass notes. Its sorted in the audio fixes anyway :)
