He does called it the "1-Chip MSX3" in the Tweet, so maybe these are the same thing?

I can’t help but think it’s another Mist type board that runs an emulator etc etc.

Will wait and see what happens. After all, the new Atari 800 wasn’t worthy of the hype either. Not used mine since the original plug in and test.
If it ain't broke, test it to Destruction.

Be nice to see what it actually has on offer, but I for one wouldn't like an emulator.
Collector of many retro things!
800XL and 65XE both with Ultimate1MB,VBXL/XE & PokeyMax, SIDE3, SDrive Max, 2x 1010 cassette, 2x 1050 one with Happy mod, 3x 2600 Jr, 7800 and Lynx II
Approx 20 STs, including a 520 STM, 520 STFMs, 3x Mega ST, MSTE & 2x 32 Mhz boosted STEs
Plus the rest, totalling around 50 machines including a QL, 3x BBC Model B, Electron, Spectrums, ZX81 etc...

I must admit, I do have a yearning to play around on something with those Yamaha V99xx chips.

They were pretty great spec for the mid eighties.

Not sure I would want to cough up cash for a 'new' FPGA one now though.
