Atari Falcon Schematic PCB layout

Post by gabortoulouse »

Hi!

I found the Atari Falcon030 Service Guide, but it is electronic oriented, and there are not all the PCB layout informations, like : where is the fan connector? Where is the sound connector? What is this switch for, and this one, etc?

Any chance I could find a good pic of the PCB with all the main informations?

For example, I'm not sure, when I bought the Falcon, I'm not sure the sound i well connected. And I add a fan, but where to connect it? And there are some switch on the PCB, but I dont know what they are for...

Thank you very much!

There are some pictures of boards in this forum:- viewforum.php?f=59

And there are some very high-resolution scans here:- https://docs.dev-docs.org/htm/search.ph ... 0+PCB+high

But I'm not aware of any annotated ones other than some really nonsense high-level ones from the press of the day, which are practically useless for your purposes, I'm afraid.

viewforum.php?f=59 seems good to me though, you have to scroll down to see the topics of the categories
