Re: Help needed for the SUM 1200 keyboard interface
Do you have access to PS2 ( IBM PS/2 ) keyboards? Someone I know made me a couple of A1200 PS2 keyboard adapters (I have yet to test) I'd prefer not to part with them but if I test it and it works I could spare one and ask him if he'd consider making a couple more? If memory serves they were in the ...

This is what the manual says about it: DMA TESTS (D) (REQUIRES ST DMA PORT TEST FIXTURE) Four sectors (2048 bytes) of data are written to the RAM on the port test fixture via high speed...

STE + Exxoshost Diagnostics Cartridge DMA Port Test, a question!
I have a 1040STE + Exxoshost Diagnostics Cartridge, and when i run the DMA Port Test it tells me:
D0 DMA time-out
Fail at cycle:000001
Does this mean the 1040STE has an issue i need to fix, and if so, what?
Thanks in advance!

Re: Duelling Banjos - help requested.
I have a copy on my Kubuntu Linux laptop... It was an excellent video, and was the seed for me that started me off onto the path of Atari ST(fm & now e) ownership... Something, so far (with the exception of mouse/joystick ports) I've thoroughly enjoyed. Atari STefm 1560 & Amiga 2400... 2022...

Re: Atari 1040 STE Custom Case
Hi, I decided to share some details of my case. In the archive there are pdf, skp and dxf files with details of rear and bottom panel. Hopefully useful to someone. thankyou! hadn't seen this before but like the idea, my 520STFM has the UNsocketed CPU in a stupid place, so thinking of a similar idea!

Duelling Banjos - help requested.
Way way back when I first heard about TerribleFire accelerators, and youtube was full of those wonderfully informative and educational videos about the whole development process that was going on, there was that one video of the Atari ST and the Amiga playing Duelling Banjos... and finally for me, t...
