Re: White Screen After Exxos PSU Install
Thanks everyone! After reading that linked reset circuit post I see its exactly what is happening. I have done a recap on this board, but replacing C100 with a 47uF seems to have fixed this issue. It was a 10uF as that was what I saw there before. Thats quite a difference! Looking over the other fix...

White Screen After Exxos PSU Install
I wired up my new Exxos PSU in 110 mode this evening and thought I did something wrong at first. After powering it up and checking the output voltages all was spot on. Nice 5V and 12V. Connecting it to the motherboard and powering up I just get a white screen on my STE with 1MB. On a hunch I hit the...

Re: TF1260 programming - questions & discussion
I have seen it error a couple time, but its usually just a bad connection. Be sure your connections are tight and clean. Powering from the Amiga works too, but I dont like having the entire card powered up myself. I have also seen simply running the batch script again after a fail will work. It wont...

Re: TF1260 programming - questions & discussion
I did a quick video on using an FTDI cable to flash them. Its by far the easiest way to do it. The links to cables at a fair price of about $48 are in the video description along with the software and batch file I show I used. Its nothing to install. Just plug in and go as I show. https://youtu.be/s...

Re: TF1260 Beta Firmware
I did a quick and dirty video on using an FTDI cable to do the upgrades. No pi needed, but the process is the same to flash as if using a pi. Can be done on Windows and doesnt require the card to be in the 1200 for it. Links to the cable for cheaper than rip off bay are in the description. https://y...

Incredible work! I am impressed to say the least. Did these last batches work for you yet? I have been waiting to see some news since your last post about them no longer being shorted!
