Metal bits now found and given a good dust and clean. Now ready for the grand assemble!

A new STFM case ready for the fitting. First to unstick all the stickytape and clean off the glue.

There seems to be some slight variation between cases and metalwork. Some of the plastic pillers had to be cut down slightly to allow the metal case to fit flush. Also the 3 pillers at the bottom of the image (front of the ST) had to be filed a little also.

Now the top part of the metal cover is fitted up.

PSU fitted and the PSU cover. Floppy drive cable twisted for the HD drive.

The new drive eject button area needs to be cut as new drives do not align exactly.

Finally!

Picture does not do the ST justice. It looks brand new and has had a basic service and upgrade along the way. Hopefully will see me though the next 25 years :-)
